Because we rely on third-party government portals and automated extraction methods, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. The data provided on this platform is for informational purposes only and does not replace official municipal records, zoning documents, or legal notices.

02 // Account Usage

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for your internal business purposes.

• No Account Sharing: Your account credentials are for your individual or internal company use only. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
• No Scraping the Scraper: You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract, copy, or duplicate the data provided on MV Civic Data.

03 // Billing, Trials, and No-Refund Policy

MV Civic Data provides a 7-day free trial to allow all users to fully evaluate the platform, verify data accuracy, and determine its suitability for their business needs prior to incurring any financial commitment.

• By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis after your 7-day trial concludes.
• Because this comprehensive evaluation period is provided risk-free, all subscription fees incurred after the trial period expires are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, prorated billing, or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or for unused access.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal located within your dashboard. Cancellation will immediately prevent all future recurring charges, and your platform access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

04 // Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime for MV Civic Data. However, the platform relies on external infrastructure, cloud services, and the availability of municipal portals. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for any downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions.

05 // Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MV Civic Data and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost bids, lost business opportunities, or damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate data provided by the service.
