01 // Public Civic Information

MV Civic Data operates as an automated civic intelligence aggregation pipeline. We collect, index, and structure publicly published government documents, including municipal planning commission agendas, city council packets, zoning variances, and public notices across the Miami Valley region of Ohio.

All public records ingested by our pipeline are public property governed under the Ohio Public Records Act. We do not alter official records, and we maintain source copies to ensure auditing accuracy for civic research.

02 // Information We Collect from Subscribers

When you register for an account or subscribe to MV Civic Data, we collect:

• Account Credentials & Identity: Your full name, email address, and encrypted authentication tokens managed through Google Firebase Authentication.
• Billing Records: Transaction IDs, subscription statuses, and customer IDs processed securely through Stripe. MV Civic Data does not process, receive, or store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.
• System Logs: IP addresses and basic diagnostic data for rate limiting, security defenses, and Cloudflare tunnel protection.

03 // How Information is Used

We use subscriber information strictly to:

• Authenticate access to the dashboard and verified document repositories.
• Enforce subscription access tiers via Stripe webhooks and Firebase security rules.
• Maintain platform security against automated abuse and DDoS activity.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or distribute subscriber personal data or search histories to data brokers, marketing agencies, or advertisers.

04 // Security Infrastructure

Subscriber authentication is isolated within Google Firebase with locked-down security rules. Document delivery is secured behind Cloudflare Tunnels (TLS 1.3 encryption), isolating our backend archive from direct public internet exposure.
